Their website does exactly what it needs to do, and isn't constantly trying to nudge me towards more expensive services. Their prices are good, and their customer service is excellent. In a world of overreaching big tech services, it's hard to overstate just how refreshing it is to feel like I'm not in an adversarial relationship with my provider.
