Charged €20 on a €1.50 ride due to confusing parking zone colors

I was charged an extra €20 on a ride that should have cost €1.50, because Nextbike claimed I parked in a "red zone."
Before parking, I checked the in-app map carefully and took a screenshot to confirm I wasn't in a red zone. I ended up parking in what the map showed as a green area, specifically because I'd already been charged for parking in a red zone earlier that same week and wanted to avoid making the same mistake.
When I contacted customer support, I was told I should have parked in a "yellow or white zone" instead — information that contradicts what the color coding seemed to indicate, and that I was never told the first time I was charged. I've since emailed them directly with my screenshot and ride details, but in-app support has already told me they won't issue a refund.

At this point, it feels less like user error and more like the zone system is designed to be ambiguous enough to generate fees.
