If there was a 0/5 stars option that’s what I’d rate them. They sell stamp pads from Amazon, put their company’s sticker on them, and mark up the price over 50%!!! Trodat stamp pads are what they are pretending is their original product. Their custom acrylic stamps look like something a kid could have made. They have fuzz and fingerprints permanently etched on the acrylic blocks. I wrote to customer service at least 5 times and they dodged my questions regarding transparency, over pricing and an overall lack of customer service. In addition to overcharging me, they sent me the wrong product and will not rectify the issue. Use Stampin’ Up products or any other option but their website. This company is not a legit business nor do they have any ethical standards whatsoever! Buyer beware!!!

We would like to clarify that you contacted us with several different concerns, and each time we provided a solution. However, you did not choose any of the solutions offered.
Regarding the ink pad, we have already explained that the ink oil used in our ink pads is different from the standard ink pads mentioned by the customer. Our ink is designed for use on any surface, not only paper. This type of ink oil is significantly more expensive than regular paper-only stamp pad ink.
Regarding the customer’s concerns about the product, we offered a return and full refund through both email and text message. Unfortunately, the customer has not provided a clear response to proceed with the return.
We are still willing to help resolve this issue. Please reply to our email or text message as soon as possible so we can arrange the return and refund for you.
