I had a very disappointing experience with Essence Haven. I ordered three bottles but only received one. The bottle itself feels very cheap and tacky, and the overall quality was nowhere near what I expected.

The delivery took over two weeks, which was much longer than advertised. I also discovered that the product is made in China, not the UK as I had believed when placing my order.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. If you’re considering buying from them, I’d suggest doing your research first. In my opinion, Aramic is a far better brand in terms of quality and reliability.
