Absolutely the worst shipping company I’ve ever used.

This is not my first bad experience with PostNord. They previously lost one of my packages, and now they returned an urgent shipment after four days because it contained a small item they didn’t classify as important document because it wasn’t paper 🤦‍♀️ . A complete waste of time and money.

Their customer service is just as bad. The chat puts you in a “queue,” but once you finally reach an agent, they’re clearly handling multiple conversations at once. A question that should take 30 seconds ends up taking 20 minutes because you’re constantly left waiting between replies.

Unreliable deliveries, terrible customer support, and zero confidence that your shipment will arrive. I’ll never use PostNord again. They’re only alive because they’re funded by the gov
