If I could give 0 stars I would, my family is i. Burgerguld and we are unable to even pay the credit but we want to at least pay minimum or smaller payments. Instead they said they can't help and we must pay after several years of on time payments. They threaten my wife to go to court and we have no options even though they know we are not working because of our baby and protected from the job center. There customer service is the worst in the world and they don't care about there customers, it's a shame they treat customers like this. If you think of bank with someone this bank is not the best choice and go elsewhere.
