Blocked funds after huge winnings
Overnight on March 22nd, I won a significant amount of money on the sportsbook. Shortly after that, in the morning, when I was requesting a big withdrawal, I was suddenly asked to complete a liveness verification check, which I gladly did. Before this, I had made a withdrawal normally, and it went through without any issues.
After completing the liveness check, I was asked to confirm how many accounts I have on Rollbit. From reading other reviews, it seems this is often the start of a process where users are delayed or denied payment, even when no clear proof is provided against them, even though I only had one account on Rollbit.
I was then asked to fill out a questionnaire, which I gladly completed. I also offered to provide any additional verification or proof if needed. 2 weeks passed, and there was no answer.
From that moment onwards, the process became a series of delays. Eventually, AML was given as the reason. However, Rollbit is a crypto casino, and I have not been shown any proof or clear explanation of what exactly I am being accused of. There has been no evidence provided to support their decision; support is lacking in explanations, jumping from one email to another. Now, a few months have passed, and they have threatened that if I want to pursue this further, we can go legal. I was not given any answer on that, either.
People, please be careful. I was foolish enough to deposit money and lucky enough to win, but now the site appears to be refusing to pay me without giving a proper reason. I have every screenshot, every conversation, and every betting ticket. Nothing about my play can be proven to be false or fraudulent.
In my opinion, users should think twice before trusting this site with their money.
