Awful experience dealing with them, despite assurance that it is not there fault paid for next day delivery and 4 days later they still haven't delivered, no contact number to phone them or the courier works and live chat I messaged 15 minutes ago and no response perhaps it should be renamed dead chat, the one item I had delivered was as described but the whole process of dealing with them is below awful when a problem arises,
