Amy is the best of the best. I have attended several of her in-person and online classes - all are exceptional. Amy is a patient, kind and generous teacher who shares her expertise freely - so that you leave her classes feeling confident that you can work really well with chocolate. She is incredibly innovative and encourages one to experiment and explore. Finally, Amy is really responsive in her student's Facebook group - so that if one gets stuck, she is on hand to help. 100% recommended.
