1 star – Do not use this service

In my experience, Cargoboard repeatedly tried to charge unjustified extra fees for alleged weight/size differences without providing proper technical proof. In one case, they issued an additional invoice based on alleged measurements, failed to properly substantiate it, and later cancelled that invoice themselves. Despite this, the matter was still passed to a debt collection company.

There was also a separate administrative payment error on their side, which is being handled directly with them, yet external collection pressure continued.

Very poor billing practices, poor internal coordination, and unnecessary stress for customers. I strongly advise others to be very careful before booking with this company.
