We use JUMiNGO in our company and overall we are very satisfied with the service. For express rates, they often offer the best prices, which makes them very attractive for time-sensitive shipments.

For regular shipping, the pricing is about the same as what we already get directly as UPS customers, so there is not always a major price advantage there. However, their interface is simple to use, reliable, and works well with Billbee and eBay, which makes daily operations easier.

It also works quite well for international shipments, which is another plus.

The only real downside for us is that as direct UPS customers we receive labels and boxes free of charge, while through JUMiNGO we no longer get those supplies.

Overall, we are happy with the service and can recommend it, especially for express and international shipping.
