Hi Everyone, I am writing this to express my deep frustration with Portronics and their Sound slick bluetooth speaker. I purchased this product expecting quality, but it has been a complete letdown.

Not only did the speaker fail to meet expectations, but the customer support has been incredibly irresponsible. I have tried reaching out to resolve the issues, but the responses have been vague, delayed, and utterly unhelpful. It is clear that they do not value their customers once a sale is made.

I strongly advise potential buyers to think twice before choosing Portronics. A product is only as good as the support behind it, and in this case, both are failing. Very disappointed.
