No client support contact. Their only phone number is blocked by most belgian operators for potential scams - and you have to fkng pay 0.30€ per minute which is scandalous. Their bullshit AI robot doesnt understand anything apart from his pre-made suggestions. And they dont reply by email !!!

They refuse to deliver packages and send it back to the sender the same day because they supposedly don’t have enough storage space. What a joke.
