Wow, I'm impress by the amazing support I got with my complicated 3 orders being asked to ship into 1 order, canceling items, tons of questions answer by phone and by email. The email time to response is super fast. Phone took longer but since it was black Friday week, I'm did not even expect a call back, but I got one from support.
