A personal experience.
Needed to changed the cracked windshield of the car. Since I didn't know how it worked, I called Folksam. Yes you can claim, said the gentleman from Folksam. And I needed to pay 1800 krones. Changed it. Carglass sent the Faktura. Folksam denied. Called their agent. First he said yes you can claim it and that they didn't receive anything from carglass and after checking he said oh sorry you couldn't claim it since you have a trafik insurance. The reason I called you was I didn't know it first-hand. That is why we contact customer service. This mistake cost me more than the actual cost of the vehicle.
