I have never experienced better and more personal, thoughtful, and caring customer service. "Customer Service" seems like too cold of a way to speak of my numerous interactions with the 2 stellar staff members (Chantal and Fiona) at Laurie Fleming Jewellery. They helped create a custom necklace for me from start to finish. They answered all my questions, from big to small. They made videos and took photos to show me my options. They asked me questions I hadn't even considered regarding my preferences for the design. Every interaction made me feel at ease and made me know what a wonderful company this is. They really went above and beyond--I would have never imagined so much attention would be given to this one project....It was probably a small project for them, but it was a big one for me! I have various pieces made by Laurie Fleming and have bought numerous gifts for friends and family members made by this jeweler. Laurie Fleming is my favorite store! In a time where everything seems to be automated, or AI, or impersonal, Laurie Fleming and the entire staff are exactly the opposite. Thank goodness there are still little places of light out there. I love the necklace....Gorgeous. I've worn it every single day since I received it.
