I tried the iChill XL
I have bought several bottles of iChillXL over the last year to help with the arthritis in my fingers, I persevered although I didn't enjoy the black pepper at the back of my throat, at first I did think it was making an improvement but after the third bottle the improvement was minimal. That's not to say it doesn't work, for me it has less effect than maybe on other people, but certainly worth a try

The spice in the back of the throat is actually because of the high amount of hemp extract which gives the same effect, it’s not the black pepper. Before we add the hemp extract, there is no pepper effect in the throat as It’s a very small amount we use which is just enough to activate the curcumin in the turmeric. We wish you all the best.
