Untrustworthy
I almost feel scammed by this company, so be very careful if you want to start working with them. They will make it very difficult to terminate your contract and will continue to charge you even after termination. Your information will be sent to a collection company that will start sending threatening emails.
Their platform is not user-friendly at all, the user experience is way below average, and their contracts are most probably purposely confusing.

As per our terms, the service remains active and billable until the end of the agreed contract period.
The invoice you received was a follow-up charge for a service that was still within the original contract term.. We can assure you that no further invoices will be issued, and your contract of all services are set to end as expected.
