I ordered a under seat backpack advertised as the correct size for Ryanair on the company's website and on the product label when it arrived. The pack that arrived was much bigger. I complained to their customer service, but was just asked if I wanted to return. Shortly afterwards the item was removed from the website.
No apology, no redress..
