Placed an order for a hoodie and a hat. I had done business with this vendor years prior, and it appears that they have since essentially abandoned the business. I had to contact the owner, who I am acquainted with outside of the business, and was able to get part of the order fulfilled (hoodie), but the hat never arrived as a notification came through that a shipping label had been created, but two months later nothing updated. After several further attempts to contact, via their website, and personal connection, the second half of the order remains unfulfilled, and there has been no response. As of June 3, the 3rd attempt to contact, I have received no reply, and finally initiated a partial dispute for the order.
