I used Alli for a little over a year, from about February 2024 up to April 2025. I opted for the most affordable tier, seeing a student who is doing their practicum hours through Alli; my first therapist was wonderful and extremely helpful in managing my transition at the end of my first long-term relationship. She graduated and moved on, and Alli allowed me the opportunity to try a new therapist at the same level in the fall of 2024, who helped me fight back against my anxiety and manage my winter blues as well as getting back into the dating pool. Alli provided me an affordable way to get help when I needed it, and I'm really grateful. 10/10 would recommend!
