I am Retired Canadian that bought a ticket from Cancun to Mexico city, I was offer a travel insurance, I bought thinking just to be cover, for medical reason, I wont be able to travel on Nov.13 to Dec 13, I will have a surgery on Oct 18 so I wont be able to travel, I called to request refund, explain the issue and they said I have to pay to change the ticket only I cant cancel, even though it is with over a month in advance. Just lost my ticket and the insurance as well that cover nothing.
