This Company canceled my reservation 6 weeks before my holiday was due with no explanation. I made the reservation 7 months in advance and paid over EUR 500 upfront. I still await my refund. I understand that there is an on going investigation with this Company (simply by reading Spanish newspapers) and it may be that the money can't be refunded till the investigation is over nonethelss some form of explanation to their clients would have been nice rather than a 1 line email that my reservation has been canceled and the money will be refunded. PLEASE REFUND ME MY MONEY!
