Rear door and bumper of Mercedes damaged

DRIVE FLY NO NO NO!!! Just had an email from rishi at driivefly.co.uk, the meet and greet parking company that was organised through Heathrow Parking. for a recent vacation. No exemption clauses are available on their site, and you do not know which company is going to look after your car when you initially book. They then get you to sign a form when you leave the car, but never show the clauses to you that are printed on the back, thath basically exempt them from any responsibility fpr any damages or loses to your vehicle. My car had damage to the rear tailgate and bumper, upon our return and this was noted by their attendant as fresh damage. They have now refused any liability!! He states: We will not be responsible for any scratches or dents (whether marked on this document or not) which may not be possible to identify in confined times and weather conditions. No confined times they noted other shopping trolley marks on the paintwork, I think dents in the tailgate would have been obvious. Further more from the pictures you have provided there is no evidence of any fresh 3rd party markings/powder to suggest any recent impact. In summary, under all the prevailing evidence mentioned above, liability is denied and we are unable to assist this matter any further. The pictures show the bottom edge of the door pushed in, and dents on both sides, plus creases on both sides of the bumper, in fact, they show damage that is costing £700 to fix!! Their attendant saw and noted the damage as fresh damage and signed the collection docket stating this! DO NOT USE DRIVEFLY.CO.UK AT ALL COSTS? AND DO NOT USE HEATHROW PARKING TO BOOK THESE SERVICES as they deny any responsibility even it is they who take your money!!

Awaiting contact from Drivefly following notification of representative at time of collection. He filled out damage report and asked us to take a copy on our smartphone, and that their claims department would be in touch.

I have little faith in this ever happening and by the tone of the other reviews here, others have suffered the same.

Heathrow should not allow these people on their site.
