Total Disappointment Due to Lack of Assistance
I was about to purchase a bike from your website, but I encountered several issues. The bike appeared sold even though it was still in my cart. I tried to apply a discount code to another bike, but it was not valid. When I sought assistance, I couldn't reach anyone from your staff. I expected a more professional service and was very disappointed by your lack of support.
