Received a watch which is not working. No help or response from anyone in zenmo

what a pathetic website, i didn’t received my order already did payment, trying to contact them but no response from their end, FRAUD SCAMMER!

Worst Quality

I ordered a watch which got delivered with a scratch on the glass and the watch is not working at all. I tried everything, checked online videos and visited a shop they shopkeeper said it was nothing inside. Extremely poor customer support. And the watch quality is also poor.

No refund, no exchange. Dont buy.

Dont trust these websites

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with your company.

The wristwatch delivered to me was clearly damaged and appeared used. What has made the situation worse is the extremely poor customer support provided afterward.

The exchange/refund options shared were highly inconvenient and not customer-friendly at all. One of the options required me to courier the watch myself to the address provided by your team. However, multiple courier services refused to deliver there as the address was either incomplete or not serviceable.

Additionally:

- There has been no response to my emails or WhatsApp messages.
- The contact number shared by your team remains unreachable most of the time.
- There has been absolutely no proper resolution or accountability from your end.

This entire experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. Customers trust brands to deliver genuine products and responsive service, neither of which has been provided in this case.

If this issue is not resolved immediately through a proper refund/replacement process with clear pickup support from your side, I will be compelled to highlight this experience on social media platforms and consumer forums to make other customers aware and prevent them from facing similar issues.

I received a rock instead of my order, and I have a proper unboxing video as proof. I’ve been trying to contact them, but they are not replying or listening at all.

This is completely unacceptable. Please respond and resolve this immediately.

I purchased a Zenmo Magneto vide Order # 22200 & received it on 20th March, '26. On opening the box, I found the key(Crown) of watch was broken. On raising the issue, they said I should send them a video of unpacking the box. How many people ever records a video of unboxing a package received from a Online Purchase. I asked them to advise Urgently, but they have conveniently gone silent. Very poor quality of workmanship. It actually seems like a fake product & does not match the product illustrated on their website. Cannot use the watch anymore. My money is lost !! I urge people to be very careful of them...!!!

The brown strap of Zenmo magneto watch shown on website and the one which was delivered are completely different. Very poor quality
The inner part should show hours and outer should show minutes but its exactly opposite. So confusing and fake.
