Zodiac false n fraudulent
I have been a long term loyal depositing player here at zodiac casino for many years .
Finally I got lucky twice and have made 2 withdrawals via SKRILL . one on Saturday 31 at October and the other on Monday 2nd November .
I was informed that my first withdrawal has been released by the casino on Monday 2nd November at 10:22am
I HAVENT RECEIVED THIS and it’s 5 days later .
My other withdrawal is still pending in my casino account well over 100 hours pending .
I have emailed them my full verification documents and statements everything required and not only have i not received either of my winnings I have not even received email confirmation or correspondents to inform me of anything .
Absolutely nothing : no winnings no email communication and this is from the risk management team . This is how you treat your loyal depositing players when they finally have a win and make a withdrawal at your casino

Someone needs to be done about this scam I have some of the game fill those bonus things like the ones you play and they grow and blow up or break for months now no matter what the bet size they dont do anything they say its random generator but its all a lie ive already reached out to the regulator about investigating the site hopefully hear back soon and shut this place down and ill continue to follow these people and report every single site until something is done

Poor return for money invested
Have put a lot of money onto this casino , with multiple issues , especially this month , with little in return , you promote gaining loyalty to boost wins etc i dont believe it after putting 15,000 or more into this month alone , first time winning on the tickets with almost diamond status just to win 40 dollars. Painful.
