Three months I waited for a resolution for a card that was damaged before being sent. Cars are advertisers near mint. But when they are received damaged, they will not do in exchange, even though their policy states that they will. I am now being denied. Any compensation for the damaged twelve hundred dollar card that I got from them. Please know I did not win this card. I purchased this card after selling another card.
They have no true ethics in taking care of their customers. I've also submitted with a lawyer to take them to small claims court. So if you would like more information on a possible class action lawsuit against the company who refuses to uphold their own standards. Please reach out

It doesn't give me the option to withdraw the money when selling my cards.

This app is a scam. Don't waste your money here! I spent $30 dollars and with $30 dollars i may have won 1 dollar total out of about 7 rips.This app is a horrible.

I attempted to upgrade a $0.09 Pokémon card to a Latias & Latias ex GX worth $4,729.45 with 0.0016% odds. The needle landed perfectly centered in the purple win zone. According to their stated rules: land the needle in the zone, you win.

The app did not award the win.

This has happened multiple times. Each spin has the needle clearly in the zone. Each time: registered as a loss. One spin landed even more obviously in the zone — still registered as a loss.

Their mechanic is clear. The conditions for winning were met. The payout was not made. They owe me that money.

If you use this app, know that their stated rules don’t guarantee payouts even when you hit the conditions. This is a scam.

I've been sent 3 cards so far and 2 have them have been damaged when they're supposed to be NM.

The first card I'm not even sure is real because light shines through the card no other cards I've tested using the light test to verify it's real or not.
The second card had a really weird damaged corner. You can't tell too much unless you put it up next to an undamaged card.

The third card I received today was definitely damaged. 2 of the corners were noticeably bent and the the back of the cards borders have scuff marks all over.

I sent proof the second card was damaged and never got a response. I'm emailing them today about this last card I received today but I'm not holding my breath.

Yoobox.gg is the best site for pulling cards. I highly rate it above boxed and truerips. Honestly if they had ancient mew I'd topple over from excitement! They've slowly helped me build up a binder I'm happy to have

All the “reviews” on their site are 100% a.i self reviews I wouldn’t trust this site with a single dollar they have the worst odds in the world and they hope you don’t notice because their packs are so cheap , also they give a litteral 6-12 week estimate to ship your cards!!

I’ve been using Yoobox for about 3 months now. I can attest that you do receive the cards you win, but it does take time, the turn around on redeeming and receiving is right around 1 month. All the cards I have received are indeed in Near Mint condition, and perfect additions to my collection!

Love the website its fair and very fun to use

Yoobox stated that it could take up to 3-4 weeks to ship. It shipped after 26 days and was delivered in 3 business days and the card is in near mint/mint condition. Yoobox delivered big time on a big time card that I pulled from a $6 unboxing! Thanks Yoobox!

I want to give just 3 stars for now because I've yet to recieve a card, I've only just requested one to be sent to me only a week ago and it is still in pending status. Yoobox does state that it may take 3-4 weeks to ship and I'm fine with that. But some users have reported much much longer wait times and even some say eventually they recieve a message saying card not available. But it is tons of fun and I've pulled some sweet cards off cheap packs. The card I asked to be sent to me is an insane pull so I hope it makes to me so I can update this review.

Honestly if you know what you’re doing and manage your spending, this can be a very satisfying experience. I’ve gotten pretty lucky but as long as you think of it as entertainment rather than a way to make money you can use the site effectively. Love the way it’s set up and everything, definitely recommend if you’re looking for a site like this.

I definitely gotta give Yoobox 5 stars for being such a well setup, easy to use and also satisfying site!! I've pulled some very nice cards off of here and I also enjoy trying to upgrade certain cards that I get. Definitely became a fan of this site quickly!!

I drop so much money and the most I’ve gotten is a $10 card?!? It’s crazy!! People dropping 5 stars must work there because even the daily boxes mostly give you 1 cent to 23 cent cards and the 23 cent cards are far and few in between.

I log on every day and open my daily boxes!!! I have gotten several awesome cards. Its like opening a pack of cards, and not have to deal with the bulk!!! Odds of pulling awesome cards are about the same as ripping packs, if not better!!! Cards are delivered with care and with protection in penny sleeves and top loaders as well as protected between hard plastic protectors!!! Your card is guaranteed to be delivered undamaged, unless the USPS decides to be careless with it!!!! The ability to gain credits without depositing is also a plus!!!!

Great way to upgrade your collection! Amazing pulls and you can save them to upgrade to a big hit you've been chasing!

I have reached out multiple times, 20 days and the order of the chase cards that I pulled are still "pending". I have used their chat feature to try and get ahold of someone, as well as emailed them. Nothing. I was really hopeful, but this absolutely looks to be a scam. There is no chance that it takes this long to ship some cards!

Definitely fun, and straight forward. Point systems and daily rewards keeps me coming back! And if you’re not on their Discord, there’s many giveaways, I’ve won 3 in a couple months time!!
