Negative delivery experience - resolved
I am updating my original review from 22nd August... I have granted 1-star rating due to below described issue with delivery, however the company has responded immediately and kindly to the complaint, revised the problem with the carrier and came back to me with satisfactory solutions. Mistakes can happen to everyone. Thank you for taking this one with care and attention.
Original message: I ordered a big package with delivery address indicated as my home address. The parcel turned out to be delivered to a pick up point located 50 minutes drive from where I live. No option to contact either the company or the carrier to change the delivery location. The package was roughly 60/60/35 in size, almost 10 kilos and was packed in such sloppy way that it almost fell apart when carried. You should say upfront this is how you send things, I would just go to a local store and save my time and health.

Thank you for contacting our customer service yesterday evening. We immediately began to look into how this had happened, and now have gotten the answer from Bring, the courier, that your package was accidentally scanned by them to the wrong pick up point, that is how this happened. If we would have known beforehand we would have redirected it to you. We offer free shipping to pick up points, that is stated in our terms and on the web site, and this option was the one you chose for your order. We also offer home delivery but that you need to choose yourself in the checkout and pay a fee for, that is also a clear option on the order form. That said, we totally agree with you that the courier did in fact send this package to a pick up point too far away from your home address. We would really like to compensate you with something additional for your yoga practice and will contact you directly about this. Please understand that our customers are our utmost important asset and we are taking this very seriously. We have delivered thousands and thousands of packages for over ten years but sometimes it goes wrong with the delivery, as in your case to the wrong pick up point. We do hope to see you again and to provide you with a better shopping experience that we normally do.
