Not transparent - charged almost double

They did a tax return fir me, but charged me way more than 7%. After they requesting my bank details I responded asking them why they are charging so much and kindly asked for an explanation (on Messenger and email) - no response, just went ahead and transferred the money to my account.
Bad feedback is for charging more than promised and not being clear and transparent.

Be warned, their Terms and conditions say that they may charge more where there is more work needed. In my case it took longer from revenues side and as I told them, waiting for revenue does not justify charging me almost double.

I do not recommend!!
