really bad customer service, bought some sofas for 40000kr which were supposed to be delivered in mid-July, they were delayed until 10/8-26, I demanded compensation for the delay, and it was rejected. It's too bad that they come a month after the agreed date, they also disclaim all responsibility. never shop there again

Manuel Abart is the Best! We bought our kitchen from there and he helped us from start to finish. He is very friendly and customers service minded. Quick Response to mail for any questions and he help finding solutions. I highly recommend him . We are satisfied with our kitchen. Thank you 🙏

When I pay 600 kronor for delivery, i expect the company to adhere to the delivery date( 3-4) weeks NOT to extend the time for several extra weeks!
When I contact customer service, at least they should have information about the delivery date!
Thankfully i canceled my order! Just feel sorry for the time that i wasted waiting for the order! NEVER AGAIN.

The delivery was broken, but they accepted to take it back and refund quite rapidly. I’m satisfied with this experience I can recommend.

Amazing experience!
I customized a bed and took so much time to make decisions while doing so. However, the guy helping me in the bed department, Bülent was so helpful and kind and did not show me any annoyance with my so many questions.

Terrible shopping experience. Terrible customer service. I ordered a sofa and received it after 4 weeks. When I received the product, the shipping company told me that the product was defective. They would come back to collect the sofa if necessary. The sofa was assembled incorrectly and could not be connected. I sent a complaint and contacted via email but no one answered. I tried calling Xxxlutz but still did not receive a response. It has been almost a month now and still cannot contact them. Worst company ever. They knew the product was defective but still delivered it to the customer and let the customer receive the defective product.

The first time we waited over 4 months for our couch, dining table and bedside tables. We had to send the bedside tables back after a short period because the material started to crack.

The second time, we ordered a lamp it came cracked like the bedside tables. We had to return it and wait again for the final product.

We gave it another chance and ordered some lamps for the hall and shelves. One of the shelves was not even fully put together. It came halfway done. There was scratches on both the shelves and lamps and they were just really bad quality. This time we again returned all the items because we are tired of the poor quality and service. We came to the XXXLutz store in Malmö and the employee who was at the return disk did not apologize because of the bad service and quality. She did not care at all that we were really upset about the products. We even told her that we spend over 70.000 SEK in the store and got several letters that we are one of their best costumers..

Best service from VIOLETA in the Malmø department, she really helped me with my two couch’s and bed, and also I could get it delivered to Denmark and I will come back to get the rest of my stuff to my house 😍

Ordered a sofa from them a month ago, that they had in store at time of purchase, got a mail now they cant deliver. Total scam shop, dont waste your time with them.

I warn you to NOT BUY LARGE FURNITURE FROM THIS STORE.

I curse the day I purchased a wardrobe from them. Aside of the issues with the delivery and the fact you order 1 unit and receive 11 packages that can get separated and lost with the carrier.

The technical writer for the installing instructions must be the cleaning lady! The engineer that designed the hardware and packaging + approved the technical manual is most likely the most incompetent human being that ever lived on earth. Twenty different types of screws, many similar in dimension, put randomly in various bags with MIXED and UNMARKED CONTENT, and their only recommendation to find out which screws you need next is to MEASURE OUT ALL THE HUNDREDS OF VARIOUS SCREWS IN THE DOZEN DIFFERENT BAGS. Not one time did I find a bag stating what its contents are.

The drawings are only mistakenly similar to the actual wood pieces you have to install, and most times do not correspond with any of the pieces which are, again, unmarked and have to be vaguely identified by MEASURING EACH PIECE OF WOOD.

We installed quite a few units of various furniture from Ikea, Jysk and others. Never in my life have I seen more of a MESS and MOCKERY of packaging, labeling and instructions. I curse the day I shopped from XXXLutz and warn you to not purchase any bigger furniture from them unless you want to cry for a week+ installing the damn thing.

We got great advice and guidance from Manuel when we were planning our new kitchen and are very satisfied with the result. Highly recommend.

We visited XXXLutz several times and bought a sofa, dining chairs, tables, and rug. We are satisfied with our purchases. Mehdi was one of the salesman there, very helpful and making our purchase very easy. We will definitely visit him again and recommend him to our friends.

bought my sofa from them! after the 8 week waiting time it arrives, also it is not as it should be! headrest is broken! it is uneven at the joint in the corner, it is also the worst fabric you can get! most miserable quality! I have also written e-mail abd called Them but no respons. their 3 month return policy that I want it returned! they ignore mail and are not to talk to! please don't ever buy anything from there!!!

Never try to find responsible manager!
We have experienced a bad and racism behavior from one of the employee in the store. tried to contact responsible manager politely but not only we couldn't find him, also he does not respond to any of emails!
