Really bad company
Really bad company. Do everything from another said. I don’t want say from what said here in comments. But I just not understand. They take every month cost for insurance. And coming make water because some another company come and break. After that I contacted with Vve and they come „fixed „ but after 4days same problem. But after that they sand for me bills what I need to pay for them work. But still water staying in same place and not moving. And they want for that money? Really?🤔 how can go to work? How to go shower? How to go to toilet???? They fixed they say😂 and I need to pay. Circus stay animals go away. This company new name not a Vve

doesnt answer my questions since September.
Beside to this I have urgent issue. The water coming from the frame and this frame and windows restored by VVE . These frames are under Garanti and they can provide me the company name who made this frames
the water coming to the room and I can’t stop it. It’s also damage to my ground.
I sent reminders.
I think they are doing discrimination since I only communicate with them English
They sent me two times emails that they will responce but still no one responsed.
I had 8 question regarding to the complex it shouldn’t be too much
I kindly request from you to post this complain letter on internet , so that everybody can see
They should learn to respect
they should learn to manage.
They should learn to give response to their customers.
