Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. My son ordered three Lacoste polo shirts, but the quality was shockingly poor. The fabric feels extremely cheap, two of the three shirts already had holes in them, and the stitching is crooked and uneven. This does not resemble the quality you would expect from Lacoste at all and raises serious doubts about whether these products are even genuine.
For the price and brand name, this is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering here.

We would like to note that we were contacted only after the shirts had already been washed, which makes it difficult for us to assess the condition in which the items were originally delivered. Nevertheless, we have offered you the option to return the order so we can issue a refund.

Ordered a 110€ reseller box advertised as Grade A. Items were damaged, stained, and smelled strongly of detergent. Seller offered only partial compensation and refused a return after a refund was not possible. Very disappointed.

Our Grade A boxes consist of vintage (second-hand) items, which may show light signs of wear. Items with significant damage or heavy staining should not fall within that grading, and we assess such cases carefully based on photos and our stated margin policy.
In this case, we reviewed your complaint and proposed a favorable solution via PayPal in an effort to resolve the matter. Unfortunately, this proposal was not accepted. A full refund was not possible under our return conditions, which are clearly outlined on our website.
We regret that we were unable to reach an outcome that met your expectations and wish you the best going forward.
