For shipments to the United Kingdom, parcels must go through customs clearance. During this stage, it is normal for the tracking information not to be updated for a period of time. To help avoid any concern, this information is provided during the checkout process and is also included in the order confirmation email.
Once customs clearance has been completed, the carrier updates the tracking information and provides the estimated delivery date, allowing you to make the necessary arrangements to receive your parcel.

Packaging was absolutely fantastic and the wine was in perfect condition.
I would have given 5 stars but the delivery was a few days after we expected and missed a party, but we will bear that in mind for the next order. Will definitely use Vinatis again 👍

My wine was well packaged
My wine was well packaged, communication was good and delivery took about a week. The Lambrusco Rosso Reggiano Doc Secco is a great Summer drink served v chilled. Not too much fizz, dry with a smooth finish. Reasonably priced.

Excellent Customer Service…
Wide range of good wines at good prices. Wine arrives well packaged to prevent against breakages. On my 2nd order the delivery company was however disappointingly slow in its offer of delivery timing. However, Customer Service, and Kelly in particular, were very professional in ensuring delivery was made sooner.

Best non alcoholic drink available
Was introduced to JNPR at a stay at Hotel Carolina in Annecy and, loved it so much, I there and then ordered six bottles which arrived, right on time, yesterday. It was just as good at home and it is the best non alcoholic drink you can have. Not only that but it reminded me of a delightful night overlooking Lake Annecy!!
