Vinalma is a drop shipping company with China products.
Vinalma says that you have a free shipping and return of goods and in reality they only offer 30% money back plus you have to spend 25euro’s on return to china for a post lable. After 20 emails and involving the ACM (wet vam consumenten aankopen) they still stay strong. Also on the website they have the claim of free return this is incorrect and the service really poor. This is a scam be aware

**AVOID THIS COMPANY – NO RESPONSE AND NO REFUND!**
I strongly advise against ordering from this company.
I have sent several emails and have received absolutely no response. I also submitted an official withdrawal/cancellation form, but this has been completely ignored.
They have my money, yet they do not respond to my emails or process my refund. This is completely unacceptable.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that others **DO NOT ORDER from this company**.
I am still waiting for my money to be refunded!
