Super slow shipping. Then if you want to return a item they provide a return adress in London England . Just a dirty way to do business . Costing more to ship than the product ....dirty , dirty , dirty !!

lol... I promise I'm not usually this petty, but thought this was worth calling out.

I ordered a couple screen protectors. They arrived quickly and well packed, no issues, and were actually decent products.

Received a post-sale invitation to leave a product review on their site with the incentive of getting a 15% off voucher for my next purchase.

Was happy enough with my order that I was actually planning on buying another couple items.

So, I did the review.

And, as promised, I got a discount voucher.

BUT IT WAS FOR 10%!

Bruh... how are y'all gonna do me like that?! I feel scammed!

I emailed customer service about this... absolutely zero response.

I ordered 2 protectors for a laptop trackpad. When the laptop arrived, 2 days later, I realised I didn't need the protector 'glass-like' protector as the trackpad material was fine. Did a hail Mary refund request by email and within hours I had been refunded. Very ethical company, I am happy to recommend you guys and will use your products in future if required.

I chose to order from them because they were the only ones selling a paper screen protector for my old Samsung Tab 3, and the $17 price for the protector itself seemed legit. The $20 shipping, though, raised a few red flags. It’s so light, why the hell is shipping so expensive? Still, I placed my order...

One week later, I received an email from the shipping company saying I had to pay another $30 in import fees. What the hell!!? I was outraged. This should have been included in the already ridiculously expensive shipping fee I had paid!!

At that point, I knew it was already too late and that I had been screwed. I still paid the import fees because, well, might as well get screwed all the way!

Another week later, I received the package in a poorly protected cardboard sandwich, with a “DO NOT BEND” sticker placed directly over a bend in the cardboard. Oh, joy!

I was actually surprised that the screen protector itself wasn’t bent, but there was a dent in it and, of course, it did NOT fit my damn Samsung tablet. You know, the ONLY REASON I ordered from them in the first place!

Wow. What a great experience!

I checked their website and found out that they don’t reimburse the shipping fee. So there was no point in sending it back for a refund, because I would have ended up paying even more in shipping fees. Fantastic.

So, I installed the screen protector anyway and cut off the pieces that were sticking out with an X-Acto knife. I tried pressing on the bubble caused by the dent, but no luck.

They didn’t even provide an instruction sheet or a wet wipe to help with the installation. It was incredibly difficult to install properly.

Pathetic.

So yeah, I now have a story about my worst online ordering experience ever and my worst screen protector ever.

I literally created my Trustpilot account just to vent my frustration about this experience. That’s how bad it was.

Absolute shambles and a ghost company

Ordered from ViaScreens and it has been an absolute joke from start to finish. They happily take your money straight away, but that’s the last time you’ll see any legitimate action from them.

They provide a tracking number (mine was with EVRi, reference H07WRC0000052437), which immediately hits a brick wall with a phantom "shipment exception" and sits on an indefinite hold with zero details. EVRi has zero record of a real package actually moving, because it's looking more and more like nothing was ever genuinely dispatched in the first place.

Trying to get answers from customer support leads to complete silence or automated runarounds. If you want your items to vanish into a black hole while a company holds your cash hostage, this is the place to go. Completely fraudulent setup—save your money and buy from literally anyone else.

They supplied me with the wrong size screen, i complained and was asked to supply a pic on the label which i did. a week later was told to send them another picture when i questioned why as the screen had been cut too big they then said i had to send the pic of the label, which they had not put on the product or they would cancel the ticket! shocking company to use

Really cheap product with absurd price tag. Very low quality

One of the best experience I've ever had in terms of customer service. Product was great overall great coating nice quality and super practical. I wanted something to reduce glare and at the same time don't affect the sharpness that much. Even better was their customer service.
Fit was ok but a bit too small. They fixed it and sent another one for free. Honestly a great purchase and great service. Easy 5 stars.

great product, I mistyped my email address, yet when I reached out to customer support, guided me through the process of finally getting it shipped to me despite customs emailing the wrong email.

Add shipping, surprise duties with unacceptable brokerage fees, this will end up the most expensive screen protector you will ever buy. On top of that it is so static prone it's a dirt magnet. It's the first time I fail a screen protector install, too much dust was captured from the air right into the adhesive side. Customer service is unhelpful.

Absolute scam. Stay far away from this company. They scammed me out of €80.

I was sent two sets of screen protectors for my LG tv that were bent and unusable.

The second set I received, I applied one of the screen protectors hoping it would work. Unfortunately, applying one of the screen protectors means customer service is thrown out the door.

Completely unapologetic that they have sent me a product that is defective and unsuitable.

I’m unsure how a company that sells one type of product can’t seem to do it properly.

I wish I read the reviews on here before purchasing.

Despicable company.

Terrible service and product.

Like the old fashioned phone screen protectors, bubbles everywhere. Also came dirty so was contaminated from the get go. Was also way smaller than the screen. Said on the email 3-5 days delivery, took 2 weeks. They then email to tell you it’s 4-6 weeks delivery for ONE screen protector.

Never again, use Amazon.

The screen protector is as advertised : a perfect fit and as strong as claimed.
The company, ViaScreens, are brilliant for follow-up and for keeping you updated.

Unable to get a response after several attemps for an inquuiry.

The quality of the screen protector for my laptop that I bought is very good. Their customer service is also excellent.

I received the screen protector and it was not quite the correct size. Contacted Viascreens and they helped me get the right size and sent the replacement no charge. Very good customer service and very good experience.

The screen protector doesn't work, it's smaller than the screen and it's not even cut straight! I had to pay extra shipping costs to receive it on time and I get something completely useless! For the price, it's a disgrace! They didn't check the equipment measurements, even though I sent them the exact model and it is even written on the product label. The cuts are carelessly made without any kind of quality control; the local stationery shop down the street does a better job on my notebooks! This company is not serious about their work, and the cost is excessively high for such a poorly made product! Do not buy and do not be fooled.

Fast shipping, great communication, and an excellent product overall.
