The online experience of the deposit account is terrible. Every time you decide to activate a bond, you have to enter a request, fill out a questionnaire (which asks about the source of the funds, geographical location, etc.) and then you have to digitally sign (btw the PIN code via SMS never never never arrives, you have to ask to resend it) and wait the following working day for their confirmation. I have at least other six banks and no one has such approach.

PRIVACY POLICY VIOLATION
Beware of this company that responds to your reviews using personal information such as your name. In my case, I had to contact Trust Pilot's privacy violation support to have their response to my feedback removed.
And exactly same thing happened on Google maps rewiews section where I used only my initials and they answered using my name!! Of course I had to report them again
