first let me say,,, I love your flower BUT lately your customer service sucks ! You guys promote if your order is paid before 3pm your order goes out the same day, well I made sure I did that and the shipping label was made that day BUT, USPS was NOT handed the product till 3 days later. the second thing was you say every order you get a free sample, well my first order I got it but these last 2x I got "0". I work retail & customer service is important so please keep that in mind PLEASE & ty P.S. pot smokers don't have a lot of patience & hate to wait lol

Got two O's, only one is worth the money
Got two O's in the mail today. Hashburger and Backpack Boyz Lemon Cherry Gelato. Hashburger was top notch, all the way around. BPB Lemon Cherry Gelato, not so much. Flower had brown spots all over it, smells and tastes kind of like hay or grassy and there were over 2.5 grams of loose stems with no flower on them in the bag as well. sent email to customer service/sales, but have yet to get a response. very disappointed.
