The process of ordering the vehicle report was very smooth and easy; the payment and receipt were "smooth" and prompt. My only "complaint" was with language on the website itself about the process -- where it said one receives their report "instantly." The report arrived in about 30 minutes (which they mention in their email saying the order is complete and being processed.
