Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my experience with VetAtHome. I contacted them specifically because I needed important travel documentation for my older cat and chose them because they offer home visits.
They initially confirmed they could help me, but cancelled my appointment just one day before and offered me the alternative of travelling from Stockholm to Uppsala with my cat. When I explained that this wasn’t a suitable option and asked for clarification, I received no response, only a list of other veterinarians.
Considering that the service is promoted as veterinary care at home, this was quite frustrating. Unfortunately, not a satisfactory experience.

Amazing service

The service was outstanding and incredibly convenient. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely use it again in the future, considering our cat’s temperament. The veterinarians were exceptionally kind, attentive, and accommodating.
