I've got a series of recordings on my Voice Memo App, which uses .m4a. Vook apparently won't accept that format. I wish I had known the limitation before I used Voice Memo. How do I transfer these files to a program that uses one of the formats you support? And is there anything I can do to have VookAi transcribe these Voice Memo recordings. I have been a customer for a year and just upgraded, which I now regret.
