Worst customer service on planet earth.
The worst customer service I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking with. They send your purchase in a mere thin plastic wrapping and your box gets destroyed in the process. Forget about gifting and pray the stuff inside is in a decent state. Upon contacting customer service, their reply is basically “yeah, we don’t give a f***, deal with it”. Absolutely ridiculous and pathetic. First and last time. DO NOT BUY HERE. Plenty of faaaar better shops.
