The product itself is fine
The product itself is fine. A year in of owning the face mask and the USB connecting cable frayed off and I emailed them to replace it. They asked me to review so here we are.
Nonetheless, I'd still recommend.

Helpful Resolution
My boyfriend bought me the Reglow Mask for valentine’s day, and as an Esthetician I like to use it everyday! When the cord of my mask broke, I emailed customer support for a resolution, and they were amazing. Very supportive and quick to respond. I’m extremely satisfied with how the situation was handled !

I bought the "Ulike Air 10" in May of…
I bought the "Ulike Air 10" in May of 2024. It is still going strong and I've never had any technical issues with the product. For the best results, you have to be consistent --which I usually don't have the time to be, but when I am, I am pleased with the effect. I have sensitive skin and easily turn red, but putting aloe vera on the area afterwards helps to quickly calm it down.

There was an issue with the package the delivery day, I was waiting for it and then I got a email by Gofo the delivery company about my package lost, finally Gofo never do anything and after a week thank goodness the company Ulike sent me a new one in a perfect condition :)

I’m really happy with my Ulike IPL hair…
I’m really happy with my Ulike IPL hair removal device! It’s much easier and more comfortable to use than I expected. After the first few treatments, I started noticing that my hair was growing back more slowly and becoming noticeably finer.
I especially love how quick each treatment is. The device is easy to handle and works well even on areas that are usually harder to reach. My skin feels smooth and looks well cared for after each session.
The biggest plus for me is not having to constantly shave or spend so much time on hair removal. With consistent use and following the instructions, I can definitely see a difference. It’s a great option for convenient at-home hair removal, and I’m very happy with it!

Had to return, but great service!
Unfortunately I had to return it due to not seeing much difference around the bikini area. Granted, I have thick hair so I understand it would be harder. Customer service was very helpful and informative. Refunded no problem however took a while for the whole process. Still great tho!

So far so good
I’ve been using the Ulike hair removal system for about 2 weeks now. It is hard to tell how well it works since I normally don’t need to shave as often as I have been to stay on schedule but it does seem that the hairs that do grow back are definitely softer and regrowth of the bikini line is much less. And less irritating. Looking forward to seeing how this has helped in the long haul

This company is a scam. The IPL does work a bit but not anywhere near as well as they advertise and they won't allow returns as advertised.
This company is a scam. I asked multiple times to return the ulike air 3 device during the trial time because I had used it exactly as instructed and although it did work a bit, it was nowhere near the level advertised. When asking to return each time they would not let me. They would ask how I was using it, if I had polycystic ovaries or other conditions and told to up the usage that was recommended or keep using past the trial end. If after then they could give a small discount if it still wasn't working. I kept saying I was using exactly as directed in the instructions and that I had the optimum very pale skin and dark hair. I was saying over and over that I only wished to return because it wasn't working as promised but still they would not allow me to return or give me details of how to start the return. I gave up in the end because I didn't have the fight in me at the time to take it further as I was grieving after my mother died. They are breaking the law by offering a trial and refusing returns. I'm considering reporting the company for fraud and false advertising. They clearly do this all the time and I don't want to stay silent and let them scam other people.
