Usually Tommy is very quick with shipping and delivery but this time it has been over 5 days and the item has not been shipped yet
When I rang customer service and said that if it doesn't get shipped 10 days after placing the order, I think I should get refund refunded and you can stop the shipping
The agent was quite rude throughout the conversation and disconnected the call when I asked for a refund
Previously, I've always given five star for the customer service and shipping and delivery and also the products

Cancellation issues!
Ordered a jumper then realised it was cheaper on another site. Went on line 5 minutes after ordering and would not let me cancel! Even though you have up to 30 mins from order. Tried multiple times. Tried the chat box but was told someone would come back to me within 48 hours! Needless to say I am now stuck with the order which will be returned the moment I receive it. Very poor!
