The quality for the cost isn’t justified. These are the same quality as Five Below cases for 3x the cost..

Once opened, both of the cases were made from flimsy plastic materials with cheap plastic anime frame attached to the back of the cases.

Materials also did not fit on the iPhone which i specifically ordered for. One of them had broken edges seen also which was meant to be for a gift

None of the art work looked like what it showed on the images seen in the website. Overall terrible product and should not be sold in a market. Extremely un ethical and deceiving.

I ordered a One Piece case in the beginning of June, when I got it the first time I noticed it was completely missing ink on the character on the case, so it looked really choppy. I explained my disappointment, and they were kind enough to send a replacement. However they sent me the exact same thing with missing the ink of the character😭🤦🏻‍♀️ total mockery of my money & the time. I ordered the non-gloss finish but that’s seriously no excuse, I’ve seen plenty of other reviews of people getting the same thing I did but looked like what it’s supposed to. I do respect the kindness of this shop’s team, but it would be great if they actually quality-checked their items before shipping.

Bought a custom made phone case from them. And oh well, i have never been more disappointed in the phonecases i bought until now…what a waste of money.

First they delivered the wrong phone case and insisted that it is their „newest design“. When i proved that it really is a wrong phone case, they offered to replace it. I tried to request to make the background less dark since it looks messy and the photo i submitted is actually not dark. They replied that only „custom made“ phone cases can be adjusted. When i showed them proof that my order was custom made, they then told me that the phone case was already done. Mind you. It was really ugly and does not look like the photo i had submitted, the first phonecase looks okay and only that it is for the wrong phone model. So i complained. I also requested that they send the replacement later because i will be on vacation and no one will receive it—they agreed. But when i told them that i dont want the phone case because it doesnt look like the one on the photo i sent, they shipped the friggin phone case… and insisted that the designer did it to „highlight“ the main character🤣🤣🤣 who are they kidding? It really looked messy now and ugly. There was a black print above where it was supposed to be clouds there— it really looked out of place. Yet they insisted that it is to highlight the main character. 😩😅

Extremely disappointed! I was very happy when I received it, but after 3 days the case started to peel, and the design began to fade. On top of that, I paid extra for the glossy finish. I had bought two, and the second one had exactly the same problem. Very poor quality.

First phone case I got from them started peeling the day I received it.

Straight away went to customer service and got a response instantly and already a warm kind response asking for proof of the issue. Photos sent, response back was that they'll send me a new one without having to send the old one back. Lovely service and haven't had any issues with my new case since!

Good product

I ordered a case from Tsukiya due to the videos shown on their Instagram, and the seemingly good reviews on here. It is now clear to me that the reviews are misleading at best.

The case took two weeks to arrive, which was fine as this was the stated time on their website. However, when it did arrive, the quality was poor. I paid for the gloss finish, but there is no gloss finish to speak of, and the print quality is nothing like the image shown on the website. What arrived is a product I would not pay £2.30 for, much less £23. Their Instagram posts are even more misleading! Not to mention, the case is so flimsy it would offer little protection to my phone if it were dropped.

When I tried to initiate a return, I was told that my eyes must be lying to me, that their cases are of the highest quality. I was also told I had to ship it to AUSTRALIA (I live in the UK) at my own expense in order to do so, this would cost over half of what I paid for the case. Had I known where the return would need to be shipped, I never would have risked buying this case.

Their customer service is atrocious, the tone of the email I received in response to my complaint was arrogant and dismissive, so I have raised a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. There is no way I am paying ~£12 to post something that I'm positive cost them less than £1 to manufacture. I have no doubt PayPal will side with me, as the evidence I have provided shows clearly that the product they sent me is substandard and not anything like their marketing.

they look cool but they peel too easy and it kinda ruins it, took two days for my brand new one to peel.

The shipment was faster than I thought. The quality of the cases were pretty good. It fits perfectly in my hand. I would really recommend this company, especially because of the big amount of choices you have.

Bought 4 cases from them last year and the quality was amazing. I changed phone recently and purchased a new case from them, the one I received started peeling off after 2 days! Contacted customer support and they shipped me a new one that also started peeling of after 2 days (half of the "sticker" almost gone after 1 week). Now the customer service is saying that the first exchange was a courtesy from them and they can't do it again!. They sell a defective product (twice in a row) and then hide. Avoid.
