Great customer service and quality of editing.

Very responsive company and I didn’t have to wait long for my first proof. Ultimately I had other photos to edit to receive a volume discount. After a mistake was found with most of them that I missed seeing initially, Monika was happy to correct all of them to my satisfaction. I was pleased with the final result and would not hesitate to work with TrickyPhotoshop again.

I had a mixed experience when it came to TrickyPhotoshop. I should start by saying that I had a fairly large project that required 13 images to be edited and took a year of collaboration to complete. Not because they're slow at their job but because I took my time with it. The team was friendly, always prompt in telling me that they received my next image and got back to me with an edit within a couple of days. The negatives that I experienced with them is that they wouldn't always read my emails in full which required me to send multiple emails just to get one edit done properly, or I wanted to ask them a question but they would just respond with "Sure, working on it" and would have to send another email asking if they saw my question. Toward the end of our collaboration and when my final image was edited, I told them specifically that I might get back to them in few days with more edits if I found that some touch ups needed to be made, which I thought was fine since they told me that they allow unlimited edits on images. Since they edited my last image, they asked me to leave a review so I left a 5 star review (which is now edited into this 2 star review), checked to see if the images printed properly, some didn't, and I got back to them after a few days asking for a few edits to images we previously worked on since some didn't print out properly. However they asked for payment before they could give me the edited images without watermarks. I told them in a follow up email that they said they allow unlimited edits and reminded them that I said previously that there was a chance I would contact them again in case there were some edits I needed to make that I didn't foresee. In the same email I told them I would find another way to make the edits and said my goodbye and thank them for the help that they did provide, only for them to respond with "Sure, I'll wait". More proof that they don't read emails properly. I'm tempted to rate them 1 star, but they are very good at using Photoshop and can make edits quickly. If you're the kind of person who doesn't mind sending more than one email to get your message across, or if you have a small amount of images with only simple edits to make, I think they're a great team to work with. Just make sure you don't tell them that you're all finished until each of your images is in its final form, which was difficult for me since I had to print my images onto a calendar and couldn't see the final product until I had all my images complete. Otherwise, I would try to find another way to edit any images you have.

Monika is prompt, efficient and works on a photo until she gets it to the customer’s liking. We are very happy with this company and will continue to use them.

Tricky photos did a amazing job making a old pic of my Dad much clearer as it was quite blurry. They went above and beyond to help me and Monica answered my emails promptly. Thankyou so much. Have used them before and I will use them again and I will also recommend.

The employees are eager to work with you so that you get the product you want. I don’t know much about this type of work so I’m sure I was a challenge. I appreciate their patience. The end product was great!
