Do not trade with Tinkie Toys
My intention for this review is to ensure others don’t experience the same. I think the company has gone bust?
I placed on order on 26th April directly with the company via their website. It is stated deliveries are processed within 24hours but it is now the 22nd May and I haven’t received anything.
I have tried to contact the company via their online form, email (which bounced back) and via Facebook. No response. I have also tried to ring the associated phone number, it does not connect.
I have spoken to J&J Global Fulfilment (named on Tinkie Toys website) who say they have stopped processing orders for the company at this time. (I am assuming due to being unpaid?)
I can only assume the company no longer exists and shall be contacting my bank.
