Hello guys, I went through your comments before writing this one. I am usually very critical with the companies which do not care for their clients once they have obtained the order being myself the manager of a market place selling high-end items (GrandVintage.com in Italy) which require a high commercial assistance. Well, I think something has happened since you wrote your negative comments because I have been treated like a king by Timberland. First, the website is nice and fully functional. Then, the information regarding the delivery is constantly provided by UPS and very accurate. The shipment is quite fast, within 72 hours. Unfortunately, the 10 size was too small, I sent it back and requested the 10,5. Again, the whole process was quite fast and I got my new shoes within 5 or 6 days from the Netherlands. And again the updates regarding the delivery were very frequent. Congrats Timberland! Olivier PS: I do not work for Timberland, nor does my wife! :)
