Still waiting for a refund from a company on their site, returned an item ( with proof) and still this company says they have not received it even though I have photos of it being returned. Thinking it’s a Chinese site as there is Chinese writing on their reply to me. Please be very careful when ordering from a supplier on TikTok. Didn’t receive my product. Try to get a replacement didn’t get anywhere so try to get a refund. Didn’t get anywhere. Raised a dispute six weeks on after numerous messages to them and the same stupid automated replies nobody to speak to they’ve closed my case without my refund. Still can’t get hold of them.

I have an issue on Tiktok where I cannot follow anybody. If I try, when I refresh the page, I've been unfollowed. I have contacted Tiktok's support thing 3 times, and each time, I have received the same bog standard, copied and pasted diatribe. I asked for more information regarding the issue, but instead of responding to me, my ticket was closed. They clearly aren't interested in helping me with this issue.

Why does TikTok endorse Santa Claus? This is quite disappointing. For streamers, the sole method to withdraw funds is via PayPal, which is not ideal. Good app but easy to get restrictions and when you report people that are clearly violating tiktoks own t&c for maybe being underage, gambling etc on live it always comes back as no violation. Seems like as long as you making tiktok money you cant so no wrong

First of all, I have in the past tik tok. Not anymore, I deleted it like a few months ago. Clearly I was tired of seeing stolen content, IA video and other things like that.
Now went my second point. I just saw a publicity make by tik tok where we saw a visual from a live tik tok. So if tik tok use it, I guess they approve and of course promote this content. Can be my surprise to see a man with like a bol of 10 kg of ice cream making a sh*t of it and create a lot of food waste. If it's the content tik tok use to promote their app, I'm clearly never download it again.

I'd also like to point out that other users aren't receiving the same punishment for swearing, insults, or inciting hatred between religions or countries, as they remain unpunished. This is unfair; it violates freedom of speech on their platform, as well as human rights. I demand a detailed explanation, and I'm not alone in experiencing this. There are also users in TikTok reviews who were blocked by TikTok without reason. I criticize you for your weak oversight of this and demand complete justice. TikTok is not a good app due to its unfair suspension. I have not posted anything outside of the guidelines and they suspended account but I can see the similar content as other profiles but they are fine. When you ask for a clear reason. They don’t have one!

We created a verified TikTok Business Center account and loaded $260 USD to run ads for our brand. Before we could launch a single campaign, TikTok suspended our ad account without a clear explanation, citing "suspicious or spam behavior" — which we strongly dispute.

We have been requesting a refund of our unused balance for over a month through official support channels (Ticket #4294894). The automated refund system blocks us, and the support team confirmed in writing that escalating further "would not make any difference."

TikTok charged us $260 USD, provided zero advertising services, and is refusing to return the money. This is unacceptable.

**TikTok Pay withdrawal issue – unable to withdraw my own balance**

I am currently experiencing a serious issue with TikTok Pay.

I have **฿10,000 in my TikTok Pay Balance**. The money was topped up using my **SCB debit card**, and the top-up was successfully completed and is clearly shown in my TikTok Pay transaction history.

However, when I tried to withdraw the balance, TikTok Pay declined the withdrawal with the message:

**“Withdrawal declined. For your safety, we can't process your withdrawal with this payment method. Try another one or contact us for support.”**

I contacted TikTok Payment Support and opened a support ticket. I have already provided information and screenshots showing the transactions.

What concerns me is that Support is now asking me for a **bank statement**, even though the ฿10,000 top-up was made directly using my **SCB debit card**, not by transferring money from a bank account.

I have asked TikTok to clarify why a bank statement is required and exactly what document they need to verify the transaction.

I am willing to provide reasonable documentation to verify the payment, but I expect TikTok Pay to clearly explain why my withdrawal is being declined and why they require documents that may not be relevant to the payment method used.

My money is still showing in my TikTok Pay Balance, but I currently cannot withdraw it.

I hope TikTok Payment Support resolves this quickly and provides a clear explanation of what is happening with my funds.
