If i could give zero i would this place is worthless get a real lawyer no matter how small. They ened up costing me double what it would have been if I just paid it. They are a complete joke of a company. Worst coustomer service and I see why now cause they are absolutely worthless. I had a simple ticket that cost me now 390 bucks instead of 180 for the ticket. Wtf I want my money back ....

These people just turned a simple 10mph ticket that should’ve been thrown out into a suspended license and a $500 fine plus another $200 to the bondsman that had to bail me out of jail because I had a suspended license plus another thousand dollars to a lawyer to get it dropped. Hire anybody else, but these people.

It was easy to request the assistance. Communication was great with next steps. The one think I would ask is to notify whether we really need to join the zoom session. Other than that it was a great experience.

I used The Ticket Clinic in Florida previously and had great communication and results, but my experience with their Georgia office was extremely disappointing. They accepted payment quickly, then communication stopped. We called before the court date to confirm everything would be handled, and after the court date we learned the ticket was not taken care of. They claimed they tried to contact us but could not provide proof of any attempts—even though our contact info was correct. Only payment emails and the message they resent while we were on the phone showed up in our inbox. I would not recommend the Georgia office based on this experience.

Updated response: Your reply is incorrect. We told your legal assistant (as they referred to themselves) we had not recieved any emails. We asked for the email address they would have been sent from to do a search. When we did the search we could find no such emails. So we asked to have the email resent while we were on the phone. And sure enough the email arrived then. So once seeing the recentlt sent email we searched for other emails with the same title or email address and nothing came up. So apparently your emails were never sent.
